As I wrote there:
This morning at 3am or so my oma died. She'd been snapping out of almost dying over the past few years, and suffering pretty badly, so her passing was sad but at the same time kinda made veryone feel happy for her. Her suffering is over, and I have no doubt she's in heaven with her family and children and my brother. <3
I drew this picture for her just now. It was supposed to be an angel, but I couldn't get the wings in without making look all goofy. So. Uhm. You'll have to do with this. I was going to colour it but I found dodge and burn on plain grey actually kinda gave it more emotion, y'know? She has a ribbon on her wrist, tying her sleeve up like that, and around her neck <3 They're supposed to be black ribbons, but that didn't work out. X3 Her hair is white, just to symbolize purity, y'know? Can't have an angel take you to heaven and be all... impure looking XD
So, the funeral's on sunday and I have more angst to get out in drawing form. kthnxbai. I shift comma three you all @_@

aww... I'm sorry about your oma... I'm sure she's in a better place now...
anyway, I love the picture, esp the dress (and the folds, because I can't do folds...). wow, you drew that with a mouse?! awesome. I like the colours too, reminds me of silk.
